Atlas Roofing Shingles
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles come with a lifetime limited warranty for residential applications. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes a 15-year period with non-prorated coverage.
CertainTeed Roofing Shingles
CertainTeed Landmark shingles come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for individual homeowners. This warranty covers defects that affect the shingle’s performance and appearance, including staining and discoloration. CertainTeed also offers an algae-resistance warranty (typically 10 years, potentially longer with specific installations) and a wind-resistance warranty (usually 110 mph, upgradeable to 130 mph).
